General conditions of sale
The business relationship between Trendy Boutique (hereinafter, "Trendy Online Boutique" or "We") and you is governed by the following conditions:
1. Conclusion of the contract
1.1 The presentation of our goods on the Trendy online shop website is a non-binding invitation to order our products.
1.2 By submitting your order, you bindingly indicate your intention to conclude a purchase contract.
1.3 Delivery of the goods constitutes acceptance of the offer made by us. The automatic e-mail confirmation of your order cannot be considered as acceptance of the offer; it only confirms receipt of your order. It is up to us to decide whether we accept an order. If we do not wish to proceed with the order, we will inform you immediately.
1.4 If, when processing your order, we find that the products you ordered are not available, you will be informed by e-mail. A contract for the unavailable goods will not be concluded.
1.5 We sell our goods exclusively to end consumers who have reached the age of 18 and only in quantities customary for retail trade.
1.6 The ordering process via our online shop consists of 2 steps in total. Step 1: You select the desired goods. Step 2: You enter the billing and delivery address and choose the desired payment method. At the end of this process, you can send us your order. After sending the order, you have the option of printing it.
2. Possibility of voluntary exchange
2.1 Irrespective of your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you the opportunity to return the products you have purchased from us. You can then, without giving reasons, return the items you have purchased from the Trendy online shop to us at your own expense within 14 days, provided that the goods are complete, have not been used and are not damaged. Only an inspection of the goods - as during a fitting in store - is permitted. For items that are sealed with a special sticker or wrapped in protective film for hygienic reasons, a return is only possible if the sticker or protective film has not been removed.
2.2 The possibility of voluntary exchange does not apply to items that have been personalized or
manufactured to customer specifications.
2.3 Furthermore, you can exercise the legal right of withdrawal mentioned in point 3.
3. Legal information regarding the return
3.1 Replacement and return
You have fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel the sales contract, without giving any reason.
The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins on receipt of the goods by you, or a third party - other than the carrier - designated by you.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us a clear statement (e.g. by letter, e-mail) informing us of your decision to cancel the sales contract, or - if the goods have been delivered to you before the expiry of the period - by returning the goods to us.
If you wish to inform us of your decision to cancel the sales contract by sending us a clear statement, you can use the standard withdrawal form provided for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

The withdrawal period is considered to have been met if the declaration of withdrawal or the return of the goods is made within the time limits provided.
3.2 Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of cancellation of the sales contract, we are obliged to reimburse you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal or your return of goods, all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs charged if you have chosen a different delivery method than the delivery method
standard - the most economical - that we offer). We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.
You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your wish to cancel the sales contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods to us before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The shipping costs for returning the goods shall be borne by you.

No returns sent to a relay point will be accepted and collected by our team.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3.3 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sales contracts for the supply of non-standardised goods, made to the consumer's specifications and clearly personalised.
4. Delivery/Shipping Costs
4.1 Shipping costs vary depending on the choice of carrier.
4.2 We deliver the products ordered free of charge from an order of €75.
4.3 The goods will be dispatched within 1 to 4 working days from the order date and subject to the accuracy of the data provided (verification of solvency and identity).
4.4 The delivery of your goods will be carried out via the carrier of your choice.
5. Prices and payment methods
5.1 The prices indicated on the date of the order are applicable. All prices include the statutory value added tax.
5.2 Payment for the goods is made at your discretion in accordance with the payment methods offered during the order process and the conditions stated. Depending on the result of the verification of your data, we reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods. In the case of payment by credit card, please note that your credit card will be debited immediately at the time of the transaction.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Warranty
Unless otherwise expressly provided, the statutory provisions apply to guarantees.
8. Copyright and Trademarks
The entire contents of the website, including text, graphics, photos, images, animated images, sound effects, illustrations and software, are our property or that of our affiliates, licensees and/or content suppliers. These contents are protected by copyright and other rights. Their use requires our express permission.
Unless otherwise indicated, all trademarks used on the Website are our property. It is
prohibited from using them without our written permission.
9. Applicable law – Competent jurisdictions
The contractual relations between the parties as well as these general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law, even in the event of a warranty claim. The parties expressly agree to exclude the application of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute relating to the formation, execution, interpretation of these general terms and conditions of sale as well as any agreements to which they apply and which cannot be resolved amicably, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Dinant and, where applicable, the Justice of the Peace of the canton of Ciney.
